Service Agreement

• Services are provided on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed
• Payment Terms:
  • Weekly Direct Debit: Payments processed weekly
  • Monthly Direct Debit: Payments processed on the 1st of each month
  • Annual Direct Debit: Payments processed on the 1st of the chosen month every year
• Bins remain the property of EZYHIRE and must be returned upon service termination
• Contaminated recycling bins may incur additional charges
• A minimum 2-week notice is required for service cancellation
• Additional charges may apply for excess waste or special pickups
• Bins must be placed on the roadside by 7:00 AM on collection day

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure bins are not overloaded and lids can close properly
• Do not place hazardous materials in general waste bins
• Keep bins accessible for collection
• Report any damage to bins within 24 hours
